80% of AMI Resident Qualifications:
Household may earn no more than $83,200 annually.
160% of AMI Resident Qualifications:
Household may earn no more than $166,400 annually.
How to Pre-Qualify:
To begin the application process and secure a spot on the resident waitlist, please present the following documents:
Completed application for every household member 18 years of age or older.
Income verification items (listed below)
Additional documents may be required depending on each applicant’s individual income and assets.
What Do I Need To Qualify
Through the essential housing program, we provide quality income-restricted workforce housing in Rosenberg. To begin the application, we ask that you present the following documents:
Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older.
Income Verification items:
- Paystubs for the most recent four-week period
- Bank Statements for the most recent month
- Tax returns for the most two recent tax years
- Other potential income- SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
